This workshop is part of a series of workshops, co-facilitated by the Queensland Council of Social Service and the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.

The workshop is aimed at establishing a suite of outcome measures, tools and guidance for gathering evidence and will initially focus on refining a core set of generic outcome measures and tools for use in service agreement negotiations. The work will then extend over the year to developing a broader suite of outcome measures which community-based organisations may choose from.

Participants will also have an opportunity to contribute to discussions on: useful tools for gathering data, guidance on systematically gathering evidence of progress towards outcomes and implications for service agreement negotiations.
