The National Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) has finalised the dates for the Queensland New Interpreter Project for 2013/14 and they are detailed on their website. The eligible languages are listed in the Information Booklet.  However, we have also been given approval to place extra emphasis on candidates applying with the following languages: Burmese, Dinka, Urdu, Nepalese, Oromo, Kunama, Swahili, Arabic (from the Sudan), Tigrinya, Kinyarwanda and French. If you are aware of any potential candidates who would be able to attend the training sessions in Brisbane and who have interpreting experience, please refer them to the application form and information package on our website.

An Information Session will be held at the Queensland Multicultural Centre, 102 Main Street Kangaroo Point on Saturday December 14th at 9:30 am.
